Nantwich Town is to host an American Wrestling show to help funds for its Dabbers in the Community campaign, writes Jonathan White.
The body-slamming day of fun will take place at the stadium off Waterlode on Saturday November 8th.
The wrestling is being staged by Bathory Pro which brings its unique brand of athletic drama and entertainment.
Fans can choose between a matinee show at 3pm or an evening spectacular at 7pm.
Tickets are £10 for adults and £8 for under 18s, with doors opening 30 minutes before each show.
All proceeds will go to Dabbers in the Community, helping fund the club’s vital project to replace its 3G back pitch.
The existing pitch has served the community for almost 20 years, providing a home for junior teams, walking football groups, and countless local sessions.
The fundraising drive will ensure that generations to come can continue to enjoy safe, high-quality facilities right in the heart of Nantwich.
