An energy company is to move into a huge industrial unit at the Cheshire Green business park in Wardle, Nantwich.
Himoinsa Power Solutions has signed a 10-year lease on Unit 4, providing a jobs boost for the area.
The deal was secured by Legat Owen, working for developer 90 Degree Developments Ltd.
The move to a new 23,000 sq ft facility marks a major milestone in the company’s expansion.
It will see them relocate from their current premises at Crewe Gates Industrial Estate.
Himoinsa has doubled its operational footprint to accommodate the continued growth of its UK business.
The building, constructed by Portal Construction, has been delivered with extensive office space tailored to satisfy the requirements of Himoinsa.
All four units at Cheshire Green have now been let.
Matt Pochin, managing director at Legat Owen, said: “We’re proud to have supported Himoinsa through each stage of their UK growth.
“I was involved in helping establish their initial base in Middlewich, before moving them to Crewe Gates, and ultimately their third move to Cheshire Green.
“It’s a testament to the strength of our relationship and the value of long-term partnerships.”
Jack Watts, developer at 90 Degree Developments Ltd, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Himoinsa to Cheshire Green.
“Their early commitment to Unit 4 reflects the confidence in our development and the strategic value of the location. Seeing all four units now fully let is a fantastic endorsement of our vision.”
Clive Dix, speaking on behalf of Himoinsa, said: “This move represents a significant step forward for Himoinsa in the UK.
“The new headquarters will enable us to better serve our customers, support our growing team, and continue driving innovation in energy solutions.
“We’re excited about what the future holds at Cheshire Green.”

Concur with DJ, it is ridiculous the amount of heavy traffic on the A51 and indeed I had asked Cheshire Police to come out and undertake a speed check. Yep, wearing high viz clothing by a police vehicle, deliberately makes the traffic slow down……so no problem with speeding according to the police. Bullshit.
A person at the bus stop by Wardle Avenue, said to myself yesterday (7.11.25) that there should be a speed limit on this road, I said, there is 40mph from Airfield Road Roundabout, down toward Barbridge, but majority of drivers do not heed it.
Fabulous, more traffic on theA51 exceeding the speed limit, including that there are no speed checks
