Young athletes from across Nantwich and Crewe showcased their sporting talents during another successful Town Sports competition.
More than 30 primary schools took part in the annual event on Barony Park in Nantwich and Cumberland Arena in Crewe.
It is one of the highlights of the local primary schools sporting calendar, with pupils competing in a variety of track and field disciplines.
Organised by the Crewe and Nantwich School Sports Partnership, the competition was staged over two evenings and brought together children from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.
The field events were held at Cumberland Arena in Crewe where competitors tested their skills in the javelin, long jump and high jump.
Attention then turned to Barony Park in Nantwich for the track events.
Youngsters competed in hurdles, sprint races, bean bag races and relay events as schools battled for honours across the various age groups.
It attracted hundreds of parents, teachers, school staff and friends, who lined the track and field areas to cheer on the competitors and create a fantastic atmosphere throughout the event.
