Youngsters across Crewe and Nantwich entered into the festive spirit in MP Edward Timpson’s Christmas card contest.
Children from schools across the borough, as well as residents in care homes, entered the annual competition.
And it was young Freya Goodwin, a pupil of Leighton Academy in Crewe, who scooped the top prize.

Mr Timpson said: “This is my seventh annual Christmas Card Competition and the entries and levels of enthusiasm just get bigger and better.
“My thanks go to all those who entered as well as to the teachers, carers, mums and dads who helped support them in creating such an array of delightful and smile-making entries.
“I wish everyone a very happy Christmas.”
More than 30 people were invited to a presentation to see relatives and children receive prizes and certificates.
