I’m currently doing something amazing for charity.
I’m actually running 48 half marathons and I’ve given myself from May to October to complete them.
To date I’ve now run 45 half marathons, 2 more this week and the final 1 on Sunday 9th October in London.
What’s inspired me to do this, a friend of mine lost his battle against cancer back in March / 48 years old leaving a wife and 2 young daughters.
Macmillan cancer support have been there for the whole family from when he was diagnosed to the end of his life and still continue to support the whole family..
Kev Parr lived & worked in Nantwich all his life, was well loved by all and he was a postman – loved to chat
My goal is to try and raise £4800.00 for Macmillan Cancer support.
Currently to date I have donations totalling nearly £1800.00
And it’s only a few more days until I run my organised event @ the Royal Parks Half marathon
Any help in getting my message out there beit in the paper or social media, I’d really appreciate it
