Age is just a number for two 90-year-olds who love nothing better than working out surrounded by their friends at their Nantwich gym.

Before most people of similar age have finished their morning cuppa, grandmothers Irene Blunstone and Delia Cooke have completed their strength and cardio programme at Gymophobics off Beam Street.
