Nantwich Film Club has unveiled its Summer season of films starting on June 10.

It opens with Headhunters – a Norwegian thriller based on the novel by best-selling author Jo Nesbo.

The season continues with a rare chance to see the multiple-Oscar winning 1944 classic Casablanca on the big screen on July 8.

And then a treat for all fans of historical action films with the recent Japanese production 13 Assassins set in Feudal Japan on August 12.

All Film Club screenings are on Monday nights at Nantwich Civic Hall.

The hall has upgraded its equipment with a new screen and dedicated movie sound system, making the big screen experience better than ever.

Doors open at 7pm and tickets are £5. Civic Hall bar will open before the film.

The Summer season of films for 2013 is:

June 10 – Headhunters (Certificate 15)
July 8 – Casablanca (Certificate U)
August 12 – 13 Assassins (Certificate 15)

Members of the club will be at the Societies Fair in Nantwich in July.
