NANOCON is coming back to town with the latest popular Comic Con event to be held at Nantwich Civic Hall on June 9.
Organisers expect hundreds of fans of TV and film to “get their geek on” once again when the event runs from 10am to 4pm.
There will be displays including Star Car’s Knight Rider & Lightning McQueen, Game of Thrones “Iron Throne”, Walking Dead “Ezekiel’s Throne & Shiva”, Monster Inc. “Boo’s Door”, and “The Joker Cell” photo opportunity.
And there will be costume characters including Baymax, Hulkbuster, Bumblebee, Iron Man, Pikachu, Ninja Turtles, Superheroes, lots of Star Wars Characters including Stormtroopers, Kylo Ren, Jedi and more.
Of course it wouldn’t be NANOCON without guests who this year include Mickey Lewis, of Dr Who, Star Wars, and Wonder Woman fame.
Organiser Steve Howard added: “We also have some great “geek” stalls with all sorts of memorabilia, artwork, handicrafts and much, much, more.
“Don’t forget we will be running our free to enter Costume Competitions which always are a lot of fun – so why not dress as your favourite character – great prizes to be won!”

Visitors can also pay on the door from 11am, £6 (Over 12s), £3 (5-11yrs) and Under 5s free.
