Landscaping Adult Course at Reaseheath College

Reaseheath College and University Centre in Nantwich has launched a hands-on landscaping short course.

It is designed to help adults gain practical skills, grow in confidence, and explore new career opportunities.

The course costs £50 and is delivered over a weekend at the Nantwich-based campus.

A college spokesperson said: “Whether you’re a keen home gardener or considering a future in the landscaping or construction sectors, this practical, introductory course will give you the solid foundations to take your next step.”

The next course dates are June 14th–15th and June 21st–22nd.

The course covers the basics of hard landscaping, including layout, materials, and techniques, with expert guidance from industry-trained tutors.

You’ll be working in small groups and getting stuck into hands-on tasks from the start.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for adults to try something new, gain confidence with practical tools and techniques, and get a taste of what a career in landscaping could look like,” said Andy Gould, Curriculum Area Manager for Construction at Reaseheath.

“Whether you’re looking to boost your skills for personal projects or thinking about a future in the industry, this short course offers real value and a great learner experience.”

The course is part of Reaseheath’s “Tailored Learning programme” which supports adult learners through flexible, affordable courses focused on real-world skills.
