Brine Leas students celebrate A levels results day

Brine Leas School in Nantwich is celebrating a record-breaking set of A Level results.

A large number of students achieved top grades, with a high proportion securing A* and A grades across a wide range of subjects.

This year, BL6 students have secured places at some of the most prestigious institutions in the country, including Oxford and Cambridge.

Many others have been accepted into top Russell Group universities, while a number have successfully gained places on apprenticeships and vocational pathways.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the parents and carers who have supported our students throughout their A Level journey.

Their encouragement, guidance and partnership with the school have been invaluable in helping students to thrive both academically and personally.

Brine Leas headteacher Paul Whitehead said: “We are absolutely thrilled with this year’s A Level results.

“They are a testament to the hard work of our students and the outstanding support provided by our teaching staff.

“These achievements open doors to exciting futures, whether in higher education, apprenticeships or the world of work. We could not be prouder.

“As our students prepare to take their next steps, we celebrate their success and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make in their chosen fields.

“BL6 remains committed to nurturing ambition, fostering excellence and supporting every learner to achieve their best.

“We now look ahead to next week’s GCSE results, where we hope to celebrate further success across our school community. We are also excited to welcome and enrol the next cohort of Year 12 students on Thursday 21 August.”
