
Nantwich Food Festival returns to the town next week for another three-day extravaganza of food, drink and live entertainment.
The festival will be held in a number of locations with other town venues joining in to offer activities and sessions between August 29-31.
The Reaseheath College Food Theatre at Love Lane will host chef demonstrations with seating under cover.

There will also be “Cookalong” places available which will take place in Le Gruyère Cookalong Marquee, in Love Lane area near to theatre and pillory.
These will feature Guiseppe Trovato’s arancini masterclass, pizza making with Jordy’s, and Spyros from St Martha’s, and sessions for children with Romazzino and Reaseheath.
There will also be two large food courts full of exhibitors, at the AFH Wealth Management and Hall Smith Whittingham Marquee in Love Lane, and the Mornflake Pavilion at Bowling Green.
Live music will be on offer, hosted by Silk 106.9.
The town centre will feature a market-style format, sponsored by Boughey Distribution.
A record 215 exhibitors are signed up to attend, with discounted stall prices on offer, and local artisan exhibitors also selling products.
For the first time, the festival is offering a free “youth stall” in the town square to encourage young budding entrepreneurs.
The Food History Walking Tours in conjunction with Nantwich Museum, will also be on offer.

Visitors can also vote in the “Town Businesses Window Display Competition”. Drop off your vote in the post box at Nantwich Cheese Shop, 12 Hospital Street.
Everyone who posts a voting form is entered into a draw to win one of 6 £25 vouchers for local food retailers.
Voting is now open and runs through to the end of the Food Festival on 31st August.
Live music stages are sponsored by Snugbury’s at Love Lane and by Utowpia Caravans and Motorhomes for the Bowling Green area.
Local favourite acts performing include Wayne and the Hairy Peaches, Unit 17, Megan Lee, The Dodgems, Kelley Tigerheart, The Savaloys, Baxter, Tokyo Misfires plus more solo artists and bands.
