The Dabbers Dash community run in Nantwich was dedicated this month to promoting Baby Loss Awareness Week through the national Sands Ribbon Run, writes Jonathan White.
Families, friends and runners of all ages started from the Barony Park Pavilion and took part in the 5km route around the Barony and along Sandford Road.
Participants were invited to complete as much or as little as they wanted.
Dabbers Dash founder Paul McIntyre said: “Well done everyone on a fantastic community effort to support National Baby Loss Awareness Week with a Ribbon Run Dash in Nantwich.
“The local support was excellent and it was a joy to host visitors from as far as Lemmington and Shrewsbury.
“Thanks to Liz and her Protein Rebel team for supporting people with her energy gels, and to The Cat community radio for their continued support.”

The Ribbon Run forms part of a UK-wide campaign led by Sands, the leading charity supporting anyone affected by pregnancy and baby loss.
Funds raised through the event help to provide vital bereavement support and increase awareness to help prevent future losses.
Adding an especially poignant touch to the weekend, local mother and campaigner Ella Amé Cooper once again created a beautiful and moving Ribbon Display in Nantwich town centre — a place for quiet reflection and remembrance.
On the morning of the Dash, she also hosted a stall at the Nantwich Town Family Market, giving people the chance to talk, learn, and share their own experiences during Baby Loss Awareness Week.
