Postnatal Class - Moveology Studio

A new pilates and movement therapy studio in Nantwich is to host a free coffee, cake and conversation day.

Moveology Studio is opening its doors on Saturday November 15th from 1–3pm.

Visitors can meet the Moveology team, explore the new reformer Pilates studio, and learn more about the studio’s approach to fitness and wellness.

Guests will receive a goodie bag packed with vouchers and treats from local health and wellbeing partners.

The studio opened in June this year and runs reformer pilates, small group movement therapy, postnatal classes, EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) and sports massage.

It was founded by Lottie Stanton, a movement specialist with experience in fitness and women’s health.

She said: “We offer more than just fitness.

“We offer a plan for lifelong strength — smart, personalised movement, grounded in science and delivered with heart.”

The Moveology team includes Nick, an ex-Navy medic, Jo, a former Great Britain triathlete, and Ellie, a former England squad gymnast.

Future collaborations include the addition of Dr Laura Bangs, a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist with years of NHS experience and founder of The Dahlia Medical Company, who will be offering women’s healthcare services at the studio.

The open day takes place on Saturday 15th November from 1pm to 3pm at Moveology Studio, Morston House, Beam Heath Way.
