A business centre owner near Nantwich says he is optimistic about how this month’s Budget could help small businesses.
Peter Beckett runs the Park View Business Centre, off the A530 Whitchurch Road at Combermere.
As a service office provider, he believes the government’s budget could be positive for businesses in the workspace sector.
With many companies embracing hybrid work models and looking for cost-effective, scalable office solutions, he feels the serviced office industry continues to play a vital role in supporting businesses grow.
Peter said: “Operating Budgets are always pivotal — and this year’s Budget announcements are likely to be especially significant.
“We are very keen to see what incentives and policies might support small businesses, especially start-ups and entrepreneurs.
“Both of these engine drivers within the micro-economy need affordable, professional and adaptable workspaces to give their best chance of survival.
“We can help to supply some superb spaces for those companies looking to either take better control of their office overhead, or indeed to step up to the next level of expansion.
“Park View Business Centre remains committed to providing dynamic workspace solutions that empower businesses to thrive — whatever the Budget brings.
“From hot-desking to bespoke spaces, our mission is to help SME businesses blossom.”
He hopes the new Budget will include measures to stimulate business growth, such as tax incentives, investment support for SMEs, and continued backing for digital and sustainability initiatives.
He added: “These changes could help drive greater demand for alternative work environments, enabling companies to expand without the long-term commitments of traditional leases.
“This could help to offset some of the other less positive factors challenging the sector and the general economy.”
