The South Cheshire Branch of the George Formby Society is striking up the seasonal cheer as they prepare to host their annual Ukulele Christmas Party.
The musical celebrations take place on Friday 19th December at 7:30pm at Wistaston Memorial Hall.
Guests can expect an evening bursting with feel-good performances and Christmas sparkle.
Attendees can enjoy a lively ukulele open-mic — with all music genres welcomed — along with a buffet and raffle.
The £5 ticket price includes food and one raffle entry, with extra raffle tickets available to purchase on the night.
Guests are invited to bring their own drinks to complete the festive atmosphere.
Co-host Gail Kinrade said: “Our Christmas Party is always full of fun, music and warm community spirit.
“Whether you strum, sing or simply love a good festive night out, everyone is welcome — it’s the perfect way to start the Christmas celebrations.
“All music is welcome. We do play George Formby songs, but we also enjoy the wide selections our players bring.”
The South Cheshire George Formby Society — founded in 1994 — continues to honour the charm, humour and timeless appeal of the legendary entertainer.
Under the guidance of Gail and Simon Kinrade, the group has become a thriving musical hub.
