A man from Wigan has been charged with several offences following an incident in Nantwich.
Ben Birchall was arrested at around 11.30am on Friday December 12th in the Welsh Row area of Nantwich.
The 23-year-old has since been charged with several offences, including:
Two counts of assault of an emergency worker
Two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (crack cocaine and heroin)
Being concerned in the supply of class A drugs (crack cocaine)
Possession with intent to supply class B drugs (cannabis)
Birchall, of no fixed address, but of Wigan, has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 12 January.
