The events celebrate the legacy of George Formby, once Britain’s highest-paid entertainer and a household name.
Founded in 1994, the South Cheshire branch is part of the internationally recognised George Formby Society and is led by co-hosts Gail and Simon Kinrade, who have helped the group grow into a thriving local musical hub.
Co-host Gail Kinrade said: “Ukulele Fun Nights are all about enjoyment and inclusivity.
“You don’t need to be a seasoned performer — just come along, join in if you want, or simply sit back and enjoy the music and the laughter.
“We’re incredibly proud of the warm, supportive atmosphere we’ve created, and we’d love to welcome even more people in 2026.”
