Music lovers are invited to rewind to the decade of Britpop and blockbuster soundtracks as Nantwich Concert Band prepares to stage “Nantwich’s Nineties Playlist”.

The concert will take place on Sunday March 22nd from 2pm to 3pm in The Atherton & Associates Function Suite at Nantwich Town Football Club.

Audiences can expect a mix of memorable tunes from favourites including Pokémon, The Lion King, Robbie Williams and Spice Girls, alongside many more chart-topping hits from the decade that defined a generation.

A spokesperson for Nantwich Concert Band said: “The 90s gave us some of the most memorable music ever written — from anthemic pop hits to classic film themes.

“We’re excited to bring those songs to life in our own concert band style and create a fun, nostalgic afternoon for all ages.

“Whether you grew up in the 90s or just love a good tune, there’ll be something for everyone — you’ll definitely Wannabe there!”

Tickets are £5, with free entry for children under 12. Organisers are urging people to book early due to high demand.

A limited number of tickets will be available on the door.
