Cheshire Lamont lettings team win award

Staff at Cheshire Lamont in Nantwich are celebrating after achieving success at the British Property Awards.

The company’s Nantwich residential lettings office, on Welsh Row, won the Gold Award for 2025/26 at the awards.

Director Alex Kemp said: “This is one of the most respected awards in the industry, recognising agencies that consistently deliver outstanding customer service, professionalism, and results.

“The judging process is rigorous, involving independent mystery shopping and detailed assessment across the entire lettings journey.

“To be recognised with Gold is a testament to the dedication, expertise and care our lettings team brings to their work every single day.

“From supporting landlords in protecting and maximising their investments, to helping tenants find the right place to call home, the team approaches every property and every client with the same commitment to excellence.

“Awards are always appreciated, but what matters most to us is the trust our clients place in our team. This recognition simply reinforces what we strive for every day.”

Awards judges mystery shop each estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to collect a broad overview of customer service.

Robert McLean, of British Property Awards, said: “If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time.”
