Packed main lawn - family festival

Reaseheath College in Nantwich is set to stage its annual Family Festival on Sunday May 17th.

The festival between 10am and 5pm will offer a wide variety of hands-on activities across the college campus.

It will also showcase the many courses on offer at the College and University Centre, as well as a number of external acts and exhibitors.

Visitors can take part in activities such as brick-laying, rock climbing, stock judging, flower arranging and lots more.

There will also be a Farmers’ Market, food stalls, main lawn attractions, the zoo and farm to explore.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, except in certain areas such as the Food Centre and the Reaseheath Zoo.

You will find water bowls for dogs dotted across the campus.

No alcohol consumption is allowed on site.

The festival is a predominantly cashless event but some activities incur a small charge and some exhibitors will take both cash and card payments. There is no cash machine on site.

Whilst ample parking is available, pedestrian access is also welcomed.

Pedestrian access to the college is off A51 Chester Road, opposite the Equestrian Centre.

The Reaseheath restaurant is open and there are many catering outlets across the campus.

Families can bring their own picnics and sit near the hall and enjoy the beautiful lake.
