
A man has been arrested after a crime spree across Cheshire and North wales, including a burglary in Nantwich.
A property was broken into in the Stapeley area on July 15. The house was burgled and a vehicle stolen from the driveway.
Police said they discovered the suspected offender had committed multiple burglaries and thefts across the Cheshire area and North wales.
In a statement, police said: “A large scale manhunt was carried out involving multiple specialist units from both forces.
“The stolen vehicle was sighted and pursued.
“After making off, the suspect was eventually arrested by Cheshire Patrols.
“He currently remains in police custody in North Wales.
“The stolen vehicle from Nantwich was located and forensically recovered.”
