Rotary Club of Nantwich Santa's float

Father Christmas will soon be on his way – and Rotary Club of Nantwich have unveiled his itinerary starting later this month!

The club’s Santa Float will be touring the streets of Nantwich as it does every year, raising money for local causes.

Santa and his team of dedicated collectors will first be on Nantwich Town Square on Thursday 27th November from 5pm to 8pm when the town is open for late night shopping.

Other daytime visits, each from 10am to 4pm, will include the following:

Morrisons Friday 5th December
M&S Saturday 6th December
Town Square Sunday 7th December
Morrisons Friday 12th December
Town Square Saturday 13th December
Town Square Thursday 18th December
M&S Friday 19th December

The Float and team will then be touring the residential areas of the town on the following evenings between 5.30pm and 8.30pm:

Kingsbourne North Monday 1st December
Kingsbourne South & Kingsley Village Tuesday 2nd December
Queen’s Drive (Cope Avenue end) Wednesday 3rd December
Manor Road Thursday 4th December
Stapeley Estate Monday 8th December
Shrewbridge Road Tuesday 9th December
Cronkinson East Wednesday 10th December
Cronkinson West Thursday 11th December
Queen’s Drive (Welsh Row end) Monday 15th December
Wellington Road Tuesday 16th December.

Last year, the Rotary Club raised around £20,000 from this and other events. The money was shared with local charities and good causes.
