Fire crews tackled a vehicle blaze which broke out on a lane off the A51 London Road near Nantwich.
The incident happened at around 6.30pm last night (December 8th) on Mill Lane in Doddington.
A Cheshire Fire Service spokesperson said: “One fire engine from Nantwich along with a the rapid response rescue unit from Nantwich.
“A car that was well alight on a road was extinguished by firefighters using two hose reels.”
It’s believed no one was injured in the incident.

Drove past this today, nearly a week later and no-ones even bothered to sweep up the debris from the road. There are now traffic lights controlling traffic around a small pile of debris and a bit of scorched tarmac…
Its beyond laughable…
