Ben Wain - Arighi Bianchi - estate agents

A new high-end estate agency called “Fifty Northwest” has launched in the Nantwich and South Cheshire area.

The firm is being headed up by Martin Haywood and was launched at an invitation event at a property in the Sound area of Nantwich.

The room was full of local business owners to celebrate the launch of the business.

Well-known furniture specialists Arighi Bianchi provided a pop-up shop.

Martin said the agency is looking to take a different approach across the Cheshire and North Wales regions.

A spokesperson said: “We won’t be sharing millions of pictures on line in fact Rightmove will probably only receive a maximum of five images per home.

“The reason for this? Intrigue. Martin is keen to assess who is looking at your home so if they like the teaser pics they can reach out to the company who will only too happily share a full suite of images and information with you.

“This is estate agency as it used to be, a company where the personal approach matters. And we want to develop strong bonds with local companies in the area.

“The launch was photographed by award winning local photographer Ian Williams, Martha from Restore and More both provided and played a baby grand at the event. Filming was undertaken by Paul Chadwick from Prism Studios.

“Arighi Bianchi partnered with local award-winning staging company Dream Space Staging to deliver stunning furniture and dressing for the property ahead of the company launch.

“It is this joined up approach twinned with investment into the local area that ensures that Fifty Northwest will make a big impression here in Nantwich and across the region.”

Think we all know the real reason is that Rightmove charge by the picture 🙂 Nantwich will soon have more estate agents than coffee shops
