Top Employer 2026 - Bentley Motors

South Cheshire car maker Bentley Motors has been named a UK Top Employer for the 15th consecutive year.

Bentley achieved benchmark performance across Top Employer measures in diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, learning and development.

Colleague wellbeing scores were also industry-leading, and it EV learning programmes, inclusive leadership and production academies were praised.

The Top Employer programme is based on the results of an HR best practices survey which covers six domains that includes people strategy, work environment and talent acquisition.

The Top Employer recognition highlights Bentley’s aim in aligning its people strategy with its broader business objectives.
