Just three Crewe Regional Sunday games survived the wet conditions – but they delivered a massive 38 goals!

The game between Cooper Buckley and Alderman FC was on course to provide with a few more, as the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time when the game was abandoned due to pitch conditions.

In Division One, Lostock Gralam scored 11 in their game against Crewe Rovers.

Josh Smith, Kyle Riley, Jacon Gresty and Ross Webb all scored braces. Other goals were scored by Finn Hutton, Aiden Ingham, and Lewis Edwards.

Ruskin Park share Lostock’s crown as top goal scorers of the week as they also put an impressive 11 past Audlem at home.

Rhys Potter scored a hat-trick, Ryan Tomkinson, and Jordan March both got braces.

And goals were also scored by Greg Bailey, George Southern, James Telford and Adam Grant.

Tyler Griffiths scored two for Audlem, Seb Burrows and Paul Bowker also got on the scoresheet.

Crewe FC also had a productive morning after scoring 9 goals at home against AFC Dishers.

Danny Dodd and Ken Mather scored two each and other goals were scored by Chris Steele, Jonny Proudlove, Danny Griggs, Chris Morris and Reece Quinn.

This result gives opens up a bit of space at the top of the table for the first time in months.

Although with several teams with games in hand, it is all still to play for.
