Right at Home South Cheshire based in Nantwich has been recognised as a 5-Star Employer in the 2026 Work Buzz Awards.
The award is based on direct feedback from their team and clientele.
Earlier this year, team members and clients of Right at Home South Cheshire completed a survey which resulted in clear insights into satisfaction and experience.
The survey asked questions regarding training, recognition, communication, leadership, standard of care and much more.
The survey allowed for anonymous feedback and results included:
• 95% agreed they are clear about what is expected of them in their role.
• 92% would recommend Right at Home as a great place to work.
• 92% are proud to work for Right at Home.
• 94% agreed Right at Home is an inclusive place to work.
Tina Malam, registered manager, said: “We are delighted to receive such positive feedback this year with significant improvement from 2025.
“We have made a lot of efforts to increase our communication and support our staff … I really feel that has been reflected in not only these results, but also the standard of care we deliver day-to-day …I couldn’t be prouder of the team.”
Feedback from their clients included:
• 100% of clients agreed their care team treat them with respect and dignity.
• 93% of clients would recommend Right at Home.
• 93% said their care team provide care and support that allows them to be as independent as possible.
Tina added: “These results allow us to reflect on procedures, celebrate strengths, and identify areas for continued improvement.
“Most importantly, the feedback highlights the strong relationships built between the team and clients, alongside our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across South Cheshire.”
