Nantwich-based community radio station The Cat has launched its 2014 community awards.
The station wants residents to send in nominations for those deserving recognition for dedication, charity fundraising or community work in Crewe and Nantwich.
The Cat, based at Frederick House, off Beam Heath Way, launched the awards to say “thank you” to people of in the borough who dedicate themselves to volunteering or fundraising.
In 2014, there are six different categories in which you can nominate people for an award:
Long Service to the Community Award
Local Fundraiser of the Year
Local Volunteer of the Year
Young Person of the Year
Achievement of the Year
Good Neighbour Award
