South Cheshire telecoms firm eZe-talk are celebrating 15 years in business – by aiming to raise £15,000 for charity.
Bosses want to raise the money in aid of Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity MRI Scanner Appeal by the end of 2015.
The firm, based in Crewe, will be hosting fundraising events throughout the year to help raise £15,000 for an additional MRI Scanner at Leighton Hospital.
Founders Mike Taitt and Steve Walsh said: “As a local company, we’re extremely passionate about helping to make a difference.
“And this year we wanted to support a charity that is for the benefit of the local community.”
A second MRI Scanner at Leighton Hospital would help health chiefs cope with soaring demand.
Laura Riddle, Mid Cheshire Hospitals charity manager, added: “We’re absolutely delighted that eZe-talk have chosen to support the MRI Scanner Appeal and aim to raise such a huge amount.
“It’s great to see local businesses getting behind our MRI Scanner Appeal, and we can’t thank them enough for their continuous support.”
eZe-talk, which was set up in 2000, has won a number of awards, including the Deliotte Technology Fast 50 Award.
