The 5th Annual Chilli Festival will take place on September 17-18 at the Dorothy Clive Garden near Nantwich.
The fundraising event attracts hundreds of visitors and families from the local area and will take place from 10am to 5.30pm on both days.
It will include talks and demos about chillies, spices, food and drink by a range of local food experts.
There will also be a chilli market selling plants, seeds, oils, sauces, chutneys, jams, drink and spices.
There will be live music throughout the weekend including Synergy Band duo, Mariachi Loco, The Formula, Heidi Browne, The Penkhull Ukulele band, and Cuban salsa Band and salsa DJ.
The ‘spice and chilli trail’ will be back which takes place in the 12-acre hillside garden.
Visitors can learn about spice and chillies with interactive stations including tasting samples, demonstrations and music.
The Happy Donkey Company will also be providing donkey rides for children, and there will be a disco bouncy castle, face painting and other games for children.
Three contests at this year’s festival include the first ever Staffordshire UK Chilli Cook Off;
the Best Chilli Sauce Contest; and the Chilli Eating Contest.
Admission is £5 per adult, free for children between 0-4 years and £2 for children between 5-17 years.
There is no pre-booking, turn up on the day.
Members of the Dorothy Clive Garden are admitted for free.
The event will start at 10am and end at 5.30pm on both days.
