Crewe & Nantwich RUFC ladies to launch ‘Boot Camp’ for women

Crewe and Nantwich RUFC’s successful ladies team is spearheading a new ‘Boot Camp’ to help women get fit.

The initiative targets women over 18 years old, and also provides a free ‘kids’ club’ for children over the age of five.

Nantwich instructor Boot Camp will raise charity cash

A Nantwich fitness instructor will be teaming up with Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity, to run the charity’s first ever Boot Camp.

Liam Connolly, of LCT Fitness, will stage the camp on Saturday March 14 at Sir William Stanier Leisure Centre in Crewe from 9am until 11am in aid of the MRI Scanner Appeal.
