New High Sheriff for Cheshire appointed
Robert Mee DL has been installed as the new High Sheriff of Cheshire.
The appointment keeps up a tradition that dates back more than 1,000 years.

Operation Crossbow targets criminals on Cheshire roads
Police ran Operation Crossbow today to catch criminals crossing Cheshire’s borders.
Officers from four forces took part in the crackdown, designed to disrupt the criminal network using key routes in the county.
