A rare and original LS Lowry drawing which was won in a raffle for a £1 has sold for a whopping £41,000 at a Nantwich auction.

The famous artist’s drawing “A Harassed Mother” went under the hammer at Wilson55 on Market Street in Nantwich last week.

Nantwich art and antiques auction house receives funding boost

Nantwich art and antiques auction house Wilson55 has received an investment boost which has helped to expand its workforce.

Wilson55 has used funding from NPIF – FW Capital Debt Finance, which is managed by FW Capital and is part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund, to support their growth ambitions and create two new positions.
