One of the UK’s favourite touring productions Beyond the Barricade returns to South Cheshire later this week.

They will be performing at the Crewe Lyceum Theatre with a show of West End favourites  this Saturday November 9.

The show features a cast of top performers from the West End production of Les Miserables, and includes Stafford-based star Katie Leeming.

Katie played Eponine in Les Miserables, was also in the Royal Variety Show version, and was an ensemble vocalist in the 2012 film adaptation of the hit musical.

This Saturday’s production will include songs from Miss Saigon, Phantom of the Opera, West Side Story, Carousel, Wicked, Blood Brothers, and a spectacular finale.

Tickets are £19, £2 off concessions. There is a £1.50 booking fee per ticket. Show starts at 7.30pm.

Meanwhile, the Lyceum welcomes Les Dawson and Ray Barraclough’s classic comic characters, the Northern housewives Cissie & Ada, to the stage tonight (November 4).

Cissie and Ada – An Hysterical Rectomy, features former Coronation Street stars Eric Potts and Steven Arnold, with Steve Nallon of Spitting Image and actress Natasha Magigi.

Cissie and Ada were created and played by comedian Les Dawson and Roy Barraclough on television in the 1970s and 1980s.

Tickets are £16, £1 off concessions, £4 off for groups. There is a £1.50 booking fee per ticket.
