Owners of Nantwich-based Meadowbank Associates have launched a new recruitment company targeting nursing staff, support workers and care assistants.
Absolute Health and Care aims to support local authorities, private healthcare providers and social care providers.
The new standalone company is Absolute Group’s fifth recruitment company in the region, including Meadowbank Associates on Princes Court, Nantwich.
It has brought in a healthcare recruitment manager and a registered nurse to launch Absolute Health and Care.
Absolute Group’s managing director Jessica Marshall said the healthcare sector was the next logical step in the group’s expansion.

“This has helped us to set all the companies in the Absolute Group apart in what are very competitive fields.
“And we saw an opportunity to do exactly the same in the healthcare sector.

“We’ll take the time to the provide exactly the right people in roles ranging from general or mental healthcare to supporting people in areas including learning disabilities and independent living.”
Colin Porter and Claire Robinson will head up the team initially based at the main office on High Street, Crewe.
Mrs Marshall, who runs the company with husband and fellow director Dan, said: “We’re very excited about Absolute Health and Care because we’re introducing the way we want to run recruitment service to the healthcare sector and it’s a formula that has served us very well.”
