Showtime - Crewe Lyceum Theatre, to stage a wedding fayre, and summer events

Music fans in Crewe and Nantwich are in for a treat as the Lyceum Theatre prepares to host top tribute acts next month.

Acts for legendary performers like Phil Collins and Abba, as well as a variety rock music night, are all planned.

No Jacket Required is the UK’s leading Phil Collins tribute and makes its first visit at the Lyceum this Saturday February 1, from 7.30pm.

The 11-piece band performs two hours from the greatest music of Phil’s solo career, plus a little Genesis thrown in for good measure.

Tickets £16. There is a £1.50 booking fee per ticket.

Abbamania are in town on Friday February 7, from 7.30pm.

It is the UK’s top ABBA tribute show bringing solid gold to the Crewe Lyceum with an unforgettable night celebrating 30 years of chart hits and ABBA at their height.

From Dancing Queen to Waterloo and all the other timeless classics this is a show to dust off those platforms and put on the flares for.

Tickets £19.50 stalls/circle, £17.50 gallery. There is a £1.50 booking fee per ticket.

That’ll Be the Day, a popular rock ‘n’ roll show, returns to  Crewe Lyceum on Thursday and Friday February 13 and 14, both nights starting at 7.30pm.

This spectacular features a line-up of knock-out hits from the 1950s, 90s and 70s, mixed with loads of comedy routines to produce a show with a feel good party atmosphere.

Now in its 28th year of continuously touring in the UK and Europe, That’ll Be the Day is living proof that rock ‘n’ roll will never die.
