Premier Division leaders Railway Hotel overcame a spirited Division One Wistaston Ath in the Presidents Cup.

Railway eventually won 4-2 thanks to a brace from Danny Lavalette and goals from Ricky Barlow and Greg Moore.

Wistaston Ath scorers were Rhys Potter and Jordan Smith.

In the Crewe Regional Sunday Premier Division, Square One won 5-1 at Crewe Ath thanks to a hat-trick from Mike Chesters, other goals came from Nolan and Dodd.

Danny Kirkham scored for Crewe Ath.

Afc Barkode and Willaston White Star drew 1-1 with Dunn scoring for Willaston and Craig Pownall replying for AFC Barkode.

Talbot won 4-2 at Ocean with a brace for Broadhurst and Cotterell. Paul Crimes also scored both goals for Ocean.

In Division One, Salvador moved up to second place with a comfortable 3-0 win over Bank Corner with goals from Kieron Banks, Dave Ratcliffe and Danny Lloyd.

Santa Maria kept it late against Boot & Shoe Villa with a winning goal from player manager Dave Griffiths.

But it needed a sensational save from Santa Maria keeper Mark Bradford to see his team through.

Sandbach Town and Haslington shared six goals in a game moved to Haslington’s ground because of condition of pitch at Sandbach.

Adie Vass, Tim Lamb and Ollie Dunning scored for Sandbach and Phil Rogers, Chris Wolstencroft and Adam Fulker replied for Haslington.
