Faith – The George Michael Legacy, starring international George Michael tribute artist Wayne Dilks, arrives at Crewe Lyceum later this month.

Dilks and his seven-piece band and backing singers, will take George Michael fans on a musical 35-year journey of hit records.

The show and production are based upon the George Michael 25 live tour – also known as the 25th anniversary tour – and uses actual video footage from the tour displayed on a unique video wall.

The show is a celebration of the life of one of the world’s most successful male artists, who sold more than 100 million records worldwide.

He achieved 11 British number 1 singles, 8 British number 1 albums and 6 US number 1 singles.

Dilks has been performing the songs of George Michael for over 16 years and is internationally recognised as the closest in vocal, stage presence and looks.

He was invited to perform twice on ITV’s Stars In Their Eyes in 2002 and again in the 2004 live tour shows.

He has appeared on countless radio stations for interviews in the UK and abroad and appeared on ITV’s Loose women in 2011 as a birthday surprise for presenter Kate Thornton.

In the last couple of years his tribute show has reached new heights with shows in USA and Russia.

The set-list in the show will feature hits including Club Tropicana, Wake Me Up Before You Go Go, I’m Your Man, Faith, Father Figure, Fast Love, Amazing and Outside, as well as ballads like Careless Whisper, A Different Corner and Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me.
