Queens Drive, Nantwich - cars vandalised

Police are probing a vandal attack on around 20 cars in the same Nantwich street.

All the cars were parked on Queens Drive in Nantwich and were scratched with a key or something similar, officers say.

It happened sometime between 9pm on Saturday (December 29) and 11am yesterday (December 30).

All the vehicles were parked along Queens Drive.

A police spokesperson said: “Anyone with information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via https://www.cheshire.police.uk/contact/general-enquiries/ quoting IML 282148.

“Alternatively information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”

The damage has sparked anger on social media.

One resident said: “They must have been on a right rampage the idiots! Ours have been keyed and loads of others.”

While another added: “My husband’s car was done, mine missed but I’ve had to replace seven wing mirrors in the last 2 years!”
