
Kiltearn Medical Centre in Nantwich is to stage a “Ladies Evening” on Tuesday October 28th.
The event, running from 5.30pm-8pm, will offer information and support from cancer charities that specifically focus on women’s health.
It is for female Kiltearn patients aged 14 and over.
A medical centre spokesperson said: “Our aim for the evening is to encourage open conversations about women’s health, including recognising symptoms that may not be widely known.
“Join us for an informative and relaxed evening dedicated to women’s health.
“You can chat confidently with our clinicians about HRT and Menopause management and support.
“Breast & Cervical Cancer charities. Representatives will be available to talk. Speak to food and nutrition specialists.
“Ask questions freely in a safe, friendly and confidential space.
“We hope this event will give women the confidence to talk about symptoms they may otherwise feel too embarrassed to discuss, or may put off addressing due to busy family and working lives.”
Those attending the event will include Kiltearn doctors, ANPs and nurses, Her Place, Cheshire Roses, One You Cheshire,
Foundations, True Food Nutrition, Shine Bright Foundation and Sexual Health.
It is a free event, no booking required.
