Police are probing a series of vandal attacks on parked vehicles along London Road in Nantwich on Bonfire Night (November 5th).
One car owner said his vehicle was “keyed” and it has caused up to £1,000 in damage requiring a respray.
Another had their car “keyed” and had two tyres slashed.
It’s believed there are other victims that were parked on London Road close to The Leopard pub, with another vehicle targeted on nearby Jackson Avenue.
One vehicle owner told us: “An individual thought it was a great idea to ‘key’ my van alongside 5-7 other vehicles including slashing tyres outside The Leopard Nantwich Tap.
“The individual can be seen coming from and going back in the direction of Jackson Avenue and can be seen wielding what looks like a large knife!
“I have other video evidence but I’m calling for anyone on London Road or the beginning of Jackson Avenue to check and send footage from any doorbell or cameras.

“I’ve been told this person presuming it’s the same guy has been terrorising and vandalising vehicles for a while all in the vicinity of the Leopard and Jackson Avenue.”
Nantwich Police confirmed reports of the attacks.
Sgt Matt Stonier said: “Cheshire Police received two separate reports of damage to motor vehicle that occurred between 18:45 and 20:30 on Wednesday 5th November.
“The victims’ vehicles were both parked, unattended on London Road, Nantwich.
“Local officers are exploring all lines of enquiry including the review of any available CCTV in the area.
“Anyone with information should contact 101 quoting IML-2209500.”

call me old fashioned but years ago when little scrotes were feral, all it took was a few knocks on doors to sniff em out,
hardly rocket science is it when the actual street name has been mooted along with the waster too?
