Popular village pub Tollemache Arms is set to reopen in Alpraham near Nantwich after a major refurbishment.
The pub, owned by Robinsons Brewery, is due to be back open on Friday November 14th.
The venue – on the A51 Chester Road – has been run by David Buxton for nine years and has seen a lot of changes in that time.
Outside, customers will see a brighter and more modern look with wider doors and additional disabled bays have been added.
Inside, the pub has been opened out to create space and have a greater flexibility across the site.
Dave Buxton said: “We’ve taken this pub on leaps and bounds since 2017 and we’ve built a great customer base here.
“When I sat down with Robinsons and discussed the plans for a refurbishment, I was excited and knew it was going to be an improvement but I had just no idea about how much detail would go into everything, and the quality of what we’ve done.
“It’s exceeded all my expectations, everything has changed!
“The project team from both Robinsons and Ark have been fantastic and they’ve all helped make a stressful time as easy going as possible.”
Alongside the makeover, the pub has improved its UA facilities including a new toilet, improved access around the site and a new kitchen.
The pub is also on the lookout for a new chef to add to their existing team.
