Nantwich music store Applestump Records has unveiled its full programme of live shows to celebrate Independent Venue Week in January.

There will be a series of performances including by Bryde, These Towns, Paul Molloy, Max Bianco and Amelia Coburn at the record shop on Oat Market.

Gigs will take place from Monday 26th to Saturday 31st January 2026.

Independent Venue Week is a nationwide celebration of small, independent music and arts venues.

The confirmed line-up for Independent Venue Week 2026 at Applestump Records is:

• Monday 26th January, Bryde – the week kicks off with Welsh indie-rock artist Bryde, known for her raw, emotive songwriting and powerful live performances.

• Tuesday 27th January, These Towns – local favourites These Towns bring high-energy, original indie rock to the shop. The five-piece from the Crewe and Nantwich area have quickly built a reputation for lively shows and crowd-singalong moments.

• Wednesday 28th January, Paul Molloy – Paul Molloy, singer, songwriter and guitarist with The Coral, performs an intimate solo set, perfectly suited to the Independent Venue Week setting.

• Thursday 29th January, Max Bianco – Max Bianco returns to Applestump following a standout recent show supporting Pete Doherty. Fresh from supporting Babyshambles on tour, he promises another memorable night of live music.

• Friday 30th January, Amelia Coburn (sold out) – the week closes with folk artist Amelia Coburn, whose show has already sold out, underlining the strength of support for live music in Nantwich.

Steve Cook, owner of Applestump Records, said: “Independent Venue Week is a brilliant reminder of how important small venues are for artists and audiences alike.

“We’re really proud of this year’s line-up and can’t wait to welcome people into the shop for a week of special live shows.”

Tickets are on sale via the Applestump Records website, with individual show tickets and multi-gig passes available while stocks last.
