We offer businesses an opportunity to publish sponsored or guest posts and external “do follow” hyperlinks to help promote their brands within engaging editorial content.
This service is proving popular since we launched it in 2019, as businesses seek to take advantage of our massive and growing 190,000+ monthly audience across Cheshire.
Sponsored content will usually be posted in our “Features & Lifestyle” section.
Content needs to adhere to our site’s ethos, and editors will request a draft of any content for review prior to publication.
It will be judged on suitability for our audience, level of interest, sensitivity, taste and decency, among other elements.
Content which overtly or primarily focuses on topics such as gambling/casinos, drugs/CBD, and dating/sex will in MOST cases be declined.
Links to such sites may be acceptable if embedded naturally and subtly into articles which offer a wider interest to our audience AND do not openly focus on the above topics.
Editors reserve the right to refuse publication, which will incur no cost to the sponsor/customer.
If content is accepted, the following prices are applicable for any published sponsored content:
- £50 editorial up to a maximum of 500 words, including a maximum of TWO links
- £75 editorial more than 500 words, including a maximum of FOUR links
The maximum length for any article is 1,000 words. Posts longer than this will be declined unless agreed otherwise.
All prices above are inclusive of VAT, and are non-negotiable.
Links are “do follow”, content will remain live on the site, and content will not be marked as “sponsored”.
You may also wish to insert a “do follow” link in one of our existing editorial posts to push traffic to your or your client’s digital platform.
If the linked-to site is acceptable to us, we charge the following:
- £35 one “do follow” link in same post
- £45 two “do follow” links in same post
We request payment to be made within 48 hours of publication evidence being issued to you.
This can be done via Paypal. Invoices can be provided on request.
