Nantwich Town have secured the services of Byron Moore with a new contract to remain with the Dabbers.
The former Crewe Alexandra player has become a big part of the squad since joining in the summer, bagging memorable late winners against Avro in the FA Cup and Shifnal in the league.
And the Dabbers fought off interest from other clubs to extend Moore’s stay at the Swansway Stadium.
Nantwich Town interim manager Marc Feighery said: “Byron Moore committing to Nantwich is excellent news.
“I would like to thank him for remaining loyal to the club when he could have potentially moved on more than one occasion.
“Several clubs have recently shown an interest in Byron, which is to be expected for a player of his quality and experience.
“So we are delighted that he is going to remain on board and continue his journey with the Dabbers, and I’m sure the fans will welcome this news.”
