Three Crewe Regional Sunday league matches survived the wet weather as Inter Arena made it five unbeaten in all competitions.
They travelled to Audlem in Division One and left for home 2-3 winners.
Locran Chiltern’s goal and Harley Bateman’s brace were enough to see their team over the line.
Audlem’s goals were scored by George Shephard and an own goal.
Lostock Gralam S&E FC and AFC Dishers could not be separated over 90 minutes as their game finished in an exciting 3-3 draw.
Liam Hulse, Kyle Riley and Luke Duckworth scored the goals for the home side.
Finally, it was first against second as Nantwich Town faced NHB and as expected, neither team was able to win and both were limited to a single goal.
After a first half that finished 0-0, Nantwich Town took the league in the second half with a goal from Johnny Proudlove.
But NHB’s Nick Ball equalised before the final whistle, keeping the top two positions in the league in hot contention.
Meanwhile, George and Dragon have progressed to the final of the Cheshire FA Sunday Challenge Cup.
Braces from Reagan Hughes and Zac Billinge and goals from Jack Marshall and Adam Omara ensured George will be able to defend their title after a 6-1 victory.
