A vehicle was left embedded in a hedge in Nantwich after a collision at a busy junction.
Emergency services had to close the roads at junction of Park Road and Wellington Road last night.
It’s believed one vehicle lost control at the junction and career d into the boundary at Park Road Bowling Club.
The incident happened shortly before 6pm and fire crews from Nantwich and Crewe were called to the scene.
A Cheshire Fire Service spokesperson said: “Crews responded to a single-vehicle collision after a car left the roadway and came to rest in a hedgerow.
“The crew stabilised the vehicle and isolated the battery. One casualty was assisted from the car and handed into the care of paramedics.
“A thermal imaging camera was used to monitor the vehicle for potential hotspots.”
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “At around 5.50pm on Wednesday 11 February, police were called to reports of a collision at the junction of Wellington Road and Park Road, Nantwich.
“Officers attended and found a white Honda Jazz had collided with a fence.
“There were no reports of any injuries and no arrests made.”

Firstly I hope everyone involved is ok
But I’m not surprised by this. This is a major accident waiting to happen let’s hope nobody walking by is involved.
I myself have been in two incidents, one of which ended with various cars mounted onto the pavements and verges.
Restricted views from Park road, drivers allowing others to exit / enter junction make second guessing drivers intentions impossible, heavy HGV use and volume of traffic leading to impatience and desperation by some to force exits / entries.
Put up some lights or a mini roundabout.
