Nantwich Camera Club have staged their annual “Panel of Prints” competition in memory of the late member Nick Edwards.
And the competition attracted a total of 21 Panels.
This year’s winner was Denise Compton with her entry “Colours”.
Runner Up was Bryan Averill with “High Key Animal Portraits”, and joint third was “Musical Friends” by Tony Pennance and “Peaky Barkers & Sea Dogs” by Julene Evans.
Members viewed the panels exhibited and voted for their favourite, before votes were counted and winner identified.
Denise was presented with a bottle of wine by the evening’s organiser Wendy Williams and Nantwich Camera Club vice chairman Pete Allcock.
A camera club spokesperson said: “The second part of the evening was an exhibition of Past Prints by NCC members.
“This was an idea put forward by David Foster and gave members, particularly our newer members, the chance to see the type of work produced over the years.
“There was also the opportunity to speak to the authors and ask questions with regards to “Where, What & How” the images were taken with the objective of helping the less experienced get ideas and advice on locations, compositions and settings.
“Congratulations to Denise, thanks to everyone who took part and especially to Wendy for organising the evening.”
