Police are searching for an elderly woman who has gone missing in the Bridgemere area of Nantwich.
Officers were called out earlier today (March 14th) after receiving reports about the welfare of a woman who was seen in a distressed state.
The woman was seen in a field off Hunsterson Road, and she was described as white, in her mid-70s, around 5ft tall, of slim build and with grey hair.
She was wearing a pink patterned dress.
Police said: “Enquiries to locate the woman are ongoing and we’ve got a number of resources out in the area as part of the search.”
