Deuce 5 Hospital Street Nantwich

New independent health bar Deuce is to open an outlet in Nantwich town centre on Hospital Street.

The bar, run by the team behind Cheshire Padel, aims to bring a “fresh, modern approach to nutrition and wellbeing” to the town centre.

The ground‑floor premises at number 5 Hospital Street, is near a number of well-known national retailers and independent shops such as Joules, House of Valerie and others.

Harry Walker, co-founder of Deuce, added: “We’re a group of young local entrepreneurs who previously launched Cheshire Padel in September 2024.

“Following the success of that business, the team has expanded its vision to create a brand centred around health, fitness and community.

“Opening Deuce in Nantwich feels like a great fit for us. There’s a real sense of community in the town and a real appreciation for independent businesses and healthy living.

“We want Deuce to be a welcoming place where people can stop by, take a moment out of their day, and enjoy something fresh and feel good.

“We’re really looking forward to becoming part of daily life in the town.”

Deuce will specialise in high-quality, functional smoothies, expertly crafted coffees, and nutrient-packed açaí bowls, catering to fitness enthusiasts and those seeking convenient, healthy food and drink options.

Commercial property specialists Legat Owen, acting on behalf of the landlord, have handled the letting and say the property has “undergone a complete transformation”.

Andy Butler, director at Legat Owen, who oversaw the letting, said: “We have seen strong demand for well located, smaller town centre units in Nantwich, particularly from independent businesses.

“Deuce is a great addition to Hospital Street, and this letting reflects continued confidence in the town centre as a place to trade and invest.”

The new health bar opens this Friday April 17th.

  1. I think this is great, my husband and I have always said Nantwich needs some healthier options. It would be great if you could also do decent healthy salads to grab on the go.

Good luck, I’m sure you will do well.

  2. Tittles me about when they say about health drinks and smoothies,
Why is it that nearly all people who go to the gyms travel there in their cars🤣🤣🤣.
Why not walk it to burn off the flab.
Ps, having said that hopefully it’s going to change some peoples eating habits

  3. Helen Densart says:

Nutritional value of juices are less than the whole fruit, juice is sugar overload, so will give the smoothies and juices a miss, but at last healthy salad bowls, that is the best news so bored with sandwiches, cakes, chips and fats in everything fast food.

  4. Draught beer or just bottled lager ?

  5. Thank goodness, I was at my wit’s end trying to find someone in Nantwich who sold açaí bowls…

    Not.
